Bridal Preparations At The Thicket Lodge

Molly and the girls were getting ready at the recent installation - the funky Thicket Lodge. hidden in the woodlands at the side of Bartle Hall. A perfect, private retreat for Bridal Preparations. When I arrived for Bridal prep photos, the girls were laughing and joking, and the atmosphere was brilliant for my being a Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer. I chose to stall photographing the wedding dress until we’d moved across to the Hall around 12 noon. In the Singleton Suite, Molly’s dress was hanging above THAT funky bath, all ready to be captured by this Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer.

Hannah Gill Make Up Artist

It was great working with Hannah Gill again as my being a Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer. Hannah is brilliant at what she does, very friendly and ‘quietly gets on with things’. Hannah was adding the finishing touches to Molly’s mum when I arrived, while the girls were chilling out on one of the sofas.

Flower Design Events Wedding Bouquets

The flowers for Molly’s wedding were delivered by the talented Flower Design Events team, based in Lytham. It was great seeing Jane & Jason again, and their stunning bouquets. Roses for Molly, Gypsophila for the bridesmaids….all looking great on camera for this Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer.

Bright Hand Wedding Videos

On duty with me for Molly & Anthony’s Bartle Hall wedding were the guys from Bright Hand Productions. I work with these guys a few times throughout the year. They very good at what they do! And, as we know each other so well, we know how to work together, and quietly capture our images without any fuss…as it should be. Having great videographers working with me, made my day as a Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer much more relaxed!

My natural style of wedding photography is to capture the day naturally, with little to no intrusion. More documentary in approach, but definitely more of a story telling final gallery of photos for my clients. Molly & Anthony let me just ‘do my thing’, with a few family group photos (taken in fifteen minutes). Their couples photos are all live and untagged too -I just let my clients be themselves. Oh, apart from the night shot under the new arch. I really wanted to shoot this one as a Bartle Hall Wedding Photographer, before I left Molly & Anthony’s wedding.
